My maternal grandfather the late PRIMO PANTI is the former mayor of Virac, Catanduanes and a partymate of the late NINONG NINOY AQUINO. I was born on July 26, 1967 in Virac, Catanduanes. I was baptized on September 14, 1967 with then Gov. Benigno S. Aquino Jr. and some prominent figures in politics as the sponsors. They were in Virac Catanduanes at that time on a campaign sortie.Thank you for accomodating this memorabilia.
